Trade Floor Voice BAU SME: Real Time Comms (RTC) is accountable for leading the globally domain responsible for the end-to-end design, engineering, support, operational management, and commercial management for all Trade Floor Infrastructure within region for HSBC. These include trade voice turret; private wire and related services; media and call recording services as related to the trade floor infrastructure.
The goal of the role is to provide all HSBC lines of business with highly stable, cost effective and highly functional trade floor infrastructure. These responsibilities include the oversight of all vendor personnel; service management reviews; the execution of proper engineering practices and fault tolerant designs; the implementation of those designs; the support of these infrastructures on a 24 x 7 basis; the rapid resolution of all issues; the oversight and proper completion of all audits and regulatory engagements; and all other related tasks.
As our Sr Prod Support Specialist you will:
+ All technologies with a concentration in Dealerboards
+ Quickly identifying, resolving, and preventing issues with setting expectation to multiple businesses simultaneously
+ Building strong relationships with the business, using own expertise and experience, adopting a joined-up approach, to execute change at pace and with minimum conflict
+ Ensure that a strong compliance and quality mindset and disciplines are embedded within all roles within the organization. Specifically, that all team members are aware of minimum operating standards, have undertaken appropriate training / development, and are certified as appropriate
+ Drives transformational change by establishing priorities, actions, milestone, and constraints in a logical sequence and checking progress against plans, taking corrective action as required
+ The jobholder will ensure the fair treatment of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, both personally and as an organization
+ The jobholder will adhere to, and be able to demonstrate adherence to, internal controls and will implement the Group compliance policy by adhering to all relevant processes/procedures.
For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $103,300.00 and $155,000.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
+ All technologies with a concentration in Dealerboards
+ Quickly identifying, resolving, and preventing issues with setting expectation to multiple businesses simultaneously
+ Attending to Compliance, Legal, Surveillance, and Business requests with the utmost professionalism
+ Managing IT service owner requirements e.g., change management, Infrastructure management, software management, and IT governance etc
+ Liaising with 3rd party providers ensuring the best interest of HSBC is our priority in everything we are working on
+ Providing business as usual and project teams support for all Trade Floor Voice technologies with a concentration in Dealerboards including weekend support for keeping systems in currency
+ Collaborating with our global colleagues implementing continuous improvement and global standards.
