PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $100,900.00-$123,200.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $78,400.00 - $145,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

As the Sr. Product Analyst, you will drive impactful change by owning the analytics for our Financial Health products. You will turn data into actionable insights that shape product strategies, enhance member satisfaction, and fuel innovation. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Analyze Product Performance: Provide detailed reports on metrics such as Financial Health, , Product adoption, and retention to guide strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.Data-Driven Insights: Use advanced analytics to pinpoint areas for product improvement, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance member experiences, contributing to overall product success.Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting research and competitive benchmarking, recommending adjustments to ensure BECU remains a market leader.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, marketing, finance, and other stakeholders to align product strategies with BECU’s organizational goals and ensure seamless delivery.Compliance and Security: Ensure all products meet credit union regulations, internal policies, and security standards, especially in data operations and marketing practices.Innovative Data Techniques: Explore and implement cutting-edge analysis techniques to deepen the insights you provide, helping shape product strategies.Additional Responsibilities: Tackle other tasks as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of BECU’s products and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics.Minimum 5 years of experience in product-related analysis.

Desired Qualifications:

Advanced degree preferred.Strong presentation and project management skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to diverse stakeholders.Previous experience within a credit union or other financial services environmentFamiliarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SASExperience with tools such as Snowflake and Azure DevOpsDemonstrated proficiency in visual data analytics tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data StudioStrong presentation and project management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to diverse stakeholders.
