The pay range is $111,200.00 - $200,200.00

As a Sr Product Delivery Manager, your primary mission is to facilitate delivery on a continuous basis, manage complexity, and help product teams deliver an exceptional experience to our vendors. You will be embedded within a cross-functional group of product management, UX, tech, and business leaders and will be responsible for leading planning and delivery for key enterprise and pyramid initiatives. Great candidates for this role possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of the product development process, and a proven track record of successfully delivering products to market.

Core responsibilities include: 

Work with multiple product teams to identify, manage, and track high integrity commitments for a complex and holistic aspect of the vendor experience.

Manage and track cross team dependencies associated with those commitments.

Work to identify impediments to deliver on our prioritized objectives early, actively help resolve those impediments, and escalate appropriately when needed.

Provide proactive visibility and effectively communicate delivery targets, commitments and associated outcomes, and progress, up to senior leadership levels.

Collaborate with the Vendor Experience Product and Program leadership teams to develop and optimize routines, tools, and processes.

Encourage a culture of team-driven decision making and commitment.

Lead and facilitate cross-team planning sessions to support predictable delivery of outcomes.

About you: 

Four-year degree or equivalent experience

6+ years of product management, program management, coaching, or scrum master experience within a product organization

Experience working in the product model, with a strong understanding of delivery methods

Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology across Sr. Leadership, Operations, Product, and Technology 

Ability to influence peers, partners, and senior leaders to find common ground, push for consistency where possible and navigate competing interests (with the ability to effectively facilitate cross-functional conversations through all levels of leadership). 

Strong ability to self-organize and lead through ambiguity

Curiosity and passion for problem solving

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs.  A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.  A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
