We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Digital Workflow Solutions to join our growing Automation and Workflow business within the Clinical Diagnostics Division (CDD) at ThermoFisher. We are continuing to innovate our portfolio of clinical laboratory solutions by enabling our customers to invest more in the digital workflow solutions of the future. What will you do?
Strategy development and subject matter expert (SME) within product ownership areaLeads all aspects of voice of the customer (VoC) and product marketing efforts within the digital and workflow productsDevelop technical product requirements based on customer and market feedbackManage the current portfolio of digital and workflow solutionsStrong cross-collaboration with functional areas such as R&D, program management, and partnersRole can be fully remote and may require up to 25% travel including globalHow will you get here? (education, experience, skills & abilities)
Bachelors degree in a marketing, business, or equivalent required. Advanced degree such as an MBA preferredDemonstrated experience in clinical laboratory workflows and digital products such as middleware, LIS, and/or workflow applicationsExperience developing business cases, forecasting, and other related product management activitiesIncreasing responsibilities in marketing product management, upstream marketing, and/or other customer -facing rolesAbility to collaborate and communicate across multiple partners and customers globallyStrong verbal and written EnglishIn addition to the exciting and versatile job, we offer:

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $155,901.00–$233,899.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
