Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Mobile App Team, playing a key role in building a scalable mobile platform and delivering a leading customer experience. As a Product Manager, you will support the mobile app product leader and work with cross-functional teams to ensure our mobile app aligns with business objectives and exceeds customer expectations. Responsibilities Drive Scalability: Support the development of a robust and scalable mobile app platform that serves as the foundation for future growth and innovation Customer-Centric Focus: Champion the customer experience by continuously identifying opportunities to enhance usability, functionality, and engagement. Feature Ownership: Take ownership of specific app features or functionalities, driving them from ideation to execution and release. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, engineering, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, innovative mobile solutions on iOS and Android platforms. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage user feedback, analytics, and market research to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development. Roadmap Execution: Contribute to the development and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely delivery. Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed user stories, requirements, and product documentation to support development and stakeholder communication. Performance Monitoring: Track app performance, user engagement metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and deliver measurable outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering) or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on mobile applications or related software products. Proven ability to deliver customer-focused solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. Strong understanding of mobile app development, including Agile processes and tools such as Jira or Confluence. Experience synthesizing user insights, technical constraints, and business goals into actionable product improvements. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage competing priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive, mobility, or connected devices. Familiarity with mobile app analytics tools (e.g., Firebase). Understanding of connected ecosystems or cloud-based platforms. Pay Disclosure Salary Range/Hourly Rate for British Columbia Based Applicants: 96,800 - 121,000 CAD (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
