Sr Product Manager, Regulatory and Compliance

Job Description:

The Sr. Product Manager, is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and driving the strategy, direction, and execution of the company's vision for their assigned product areas. The Sr. Product Manager will partner with customers and stakeholders across the healthcare industry to identify cross-product dependencies. The incumbent will provide support to the entire organization and client base and prioritize the roadmap to solve problems, drive outcomes, maximize value, prevent customer attrition, and expand the company's position in the healthcare industry.

Drive the roadmap and direction of financial solutions by defining the long- and short-term strategy for solutions.Perform research and analyze market conditions to identify key competitor, consumer trends market opportunities for product innovation and enhancements.Partner with cross-functional teams and business partners to define business plans, strategy, and tactical work plans for integration; provide sales and marketing with latest updates and release information. Manage products through launch phases and follow-up releases; contribute to quality assurance testing and assist team with providing triage support on identified defects and/or issues.Review and contribute to product specifications; prepare related documents and presentations to support the product release cycle.Review and contribute to pricing strategies, product policies, product bundles, and discounting methodologiesDevelop and implement company-wide go-to-market plans, segment roadmap into consumable components to ensure on time delivery within budget.Translate market requirements into viable solutions; validate solutions at the end of every iteration by participating in Sprint Demos.Participate in required signoff approvals, user centered design activities, and user acceptance testing meetingsRepresent financial solutions at user group meetings, conferences, and events.Conduct focus groups and perform other needs analysis activities.Assist account executives and account managers with client escalations and support.Assist business partners through the negotiation process related to third-party solutions.Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.

Education Required:    Bachelor's degree.Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.

Experience Required:10+ years of direct healthcare industry experience and product knowledge. 10+ years of experience in a healthcare setting specifically in practice management and preferably in product management or business analysis.5+ years of experience with enterprise customers.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Knowledge of: Technical, product lifecycle.Skill in: Executive level communication and presentation skills; interpersonal and collaboration skills; analytical, strategic planning, problem solving/resolution skills.Ability to: Develop a vision and create a culture to support short- and long-term goals; collaborate with colleagues and build consensus to establish a strong rapport to lead and influence business partners across the organization; lead cross-functional teams and drive action; develop a keen understanding of NextGen Healthcare's business today, and critical insights into where it is going in the future allowing for innovative concepts and the promotion of new ideas.
