Join our team and drive exciting space-based programs to create and execute a roadmap for success around capacity planning, welcoming a new user base, and surprising our customers with more and richer feature sets that will keep them connected to their world.
This new leader will find opportunities to lead brainstorming and the development of new satellite-based products and services that complement existing inflight actions across all lines of business to materially improve the customer experience. This position will enable our long-range business plan outcomes. The Sr Product Manager of Satellite Strategies will perform high-level initiative sizing to guide the delivery team while working with leadership to manage proposed features, create the delivery framework, and shepherd projects through to completion.

Job Responsibilities:

Be the architect to engage the right teams across the company, shepherd features through development, and create the framework that will enable team success at the nexus of the fast-paced telecom and satellite industries.Diagnose and analyze potential solutions and build business cases to present to business unit leaders.Analyze customer insights, specific segments of customers, locations, messaging, customer journeys, and products turning findings into executable plans.Report out on progress, challenges, opportunities, and insights both weekly and as requested by leadership.Prioritize projects and help synthesize information and recommendations.Brainstorm potential initiatives with cross functional leadership.Present initiative concepts and findings, with line of business leaders and teams.Ability to quickly scope an initiative and size it.Drive and own current future state technical roadmap in collaboration with Design and Enterprise Architecture and building/maintaining cross-organizational teams.

Work Experience & Education:

Masters Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Design, Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.Bachelor’s Degree in Strategy Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Marketing; Masters Preferred. 5+ years experience in Strategy and/or product development. Experience working in subscription based, consumer or technology business preferred. Solid financial and data modeling skills, process analysis and design experience.Ability to cause stakeholders to take ownership of insights and then assist those owners, often as the primary program leader, in driving execution of appropriate actions across all departments of T-Mobile.

Base Pay Range: $130,900 - $236,200

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
