SR PRODUCT MANAGER
Learn from industry experts and contribute to the overall success of ImageWare Systems products by joining the team as a SR. PRODUCT MANAGER. ImageWare provides a fun, challenging, fast-paced team environment and were looking for a dynamic Sr. Product Manager who will serve as the voice of the customer for ImageWare Systems products and can embrace ImageWares product vision and execute on that vision. The key to this position is detail-oriented requirements management, with internal deliverables like product requirement specs, MRDPRD, technical roadmaps, and project management skills to act as champion for our products and customers. Key Job Responsibilities Develops and oversees the execution of the ImageWare Go to Market plan by developing internal and external product workflows, application integration, marketing campaigns, and assisting in the creation of externally-facing collateral as well as internally-facing sales tools Supports the technical product vision and product roadmap through analysis, research and test environments. Owns responsibility for executing on resulting technical commitments and action plans and ensure that the product meets customer delivery requirements. Defines product use case workflow requirements and product specification documents. Manages timelines on customer delivery and adherence to customer requirements and properly prioritize product development. Delivers the technical product options and educatessupports sales and support teams via training, conference calls and demonstrations. Monitors competing products, perform in-depth technical analysis, and prepare appropriate competitive comparisonpositioning materials. Understands product revenue and profitability and target product development and releases to achieve overall marketingcorporate goals. Creates internally-facing demo tools in support of product launches to enable sales and sales channels to effectively and consistently sell assigned products. Works with marketing resources on the lead generation process to ensure a steady stream of leads are fed to the Sales force. Works with internal departments such as contracts, ordering, fulfillment and licensing to define internal workflows for products. Drafts technical collateral such as white papers, case studies and application success stories to leverage as lead generation tactics. Performs other related duties to the work described herein.
