Job Description As part of a two-person team, alongside a product manager from an offshoring team, this role involves a collaborative effort to ensure that one of the clients top proprietary application surrounding transportation data (route optimization, payment information ,etc. . The focus is on delivering an excellent user experience, while keeping the offshore vendor accountable and managing internal stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities: Collaboration: Work closely with the product manager and offshore partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across various business units, ensuring the FOCUS application integrates smoothly into their workflows. Reporting and Progress Tracking: Strong proficiency in reporting, tracking progress, and communicating updates on how tasks are progressing and evolving. SDLC Alignment: Stay attuned to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), addressing risks, conflicts with vendor partners, and ensuring the project stays aligned with the roadmap. User Testing and Acceptance: Oversee the user testing and acceptance process to ensure quality and user satisfaction. Potential Leadership: Potentially supervise a Business Analyst, guiding their tasks and ensuring their contributions align with project goals. Data Management: Handle data for internal users and ensure it is effectively managed and utilized for external purposes as needed.
