Sr Product Manager - Legal Products

The Senior Product Manager for Legal Products (Tax One) provides strategic leadership and vision for the development and enhancement of our legal product portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the key decision-maker, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients in the legal and tax sectors. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Engineering, UX Design, and Marketing, to drive product development from concept to launch. Your expertise in legal products, particularly in the area of tax, will enable you to anticipate market trends and customer needs, positioning our products for success in a competitive landscape.

In this role, you will advocate for customer-centric design and implement industry best practices to enhance product performance and user experience. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management team. By leveraging your deep understanding of the legal domain, you will contribute to the strategic direction of our product offerings, ensuring they deliver exceptional value and drive business growth.

About the Role:

Lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for our legal product offerings.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver innovative solutions.

Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and new product development.

Define and prioritize product features and requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.

Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Monitor product performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Act as a subject matter expert for legal products, staying informed on industry trends and competitive landscape.

Engage with key stakeholders and customers to gather insights and drive product adoption.

About You:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on digital products or services.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive product decisions.

Experience working in an Agile development environment.
