As a Sr. Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of defining and executing the strategy for our data products, making a visible impact across business lines and supporting our marketing and growth team’s GTM strategy. You’ll be a key player in a dynamic, fast-growing Enterprise Product Team, fostering synergies across all our business lines, marketing, growth, and services teams. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

Visionary Leadership: Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our data products, leveraging a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to unify customer and operational data, creating a single view of the customer. 

Customer Insights: Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to utilize customer data, understand needs and behaviors, and create real-time customer journeys across channels and segments, delivering personalized experiences and valuable insights. 

Product Leadership: Serve as a Product Leader, working with cross-functional teams and other product teams to collect business needs and translate them into product capabilities. 

Tech Collaboration: Partner with internal tech and design teams to create product backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure the iterative delivery of high-impact capabilities based on data-driven decision-making (KPIs/OKRs). 

Effective Communication: Communicate effectively across the organization with stakeholders and leadership groups to ensure alignment of priorities and deliverables. 

Research & Design: Conducted competitive and market research, worked with the design team on creating wireframes and prototypes, and validated prototypes with /B testing. 

What You’ll Bring to the Team: 

Experience: 5+ years of product management experience. 

Product Development: Experience building B2B or B2C, SaaS-based products. 

Agile Expertise: Demonstrated experience with agile (SAFe/Scrum) and proficiency with agile tools – Jira, ADO. 

Customer 360 Views: Experience building customer 360 views using a CDP product like Salesforce or Microsoft D365. 

Data-Driven Leadership: Demonstrated data-driven product leadership, measuring success outcomes using product analytic tools – Pendo, GA, etc. 

Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams and across large stakeholder groups. 

Proven Results: Proven results in delivering high-quality, customer-driven products on time in a fast-paced environment. 

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Education: Bachelor’s degree required. 

Compensation Range:

$125,000-$150,000 per year with bonus potential
