This role will support the launch of MAP Reading Fluency and its new supplemental coaching solution. The successful candidate will be able to clearly convey how this reading fluency solution drives student growth and informs district, school, and classroom planning. Our new team member will be a strong storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will know how to convey value to prospective customers and build momentum across channels to capture the attention of education leaders. Key responsibilities: + Support the launch of and marketing strategy for NWEA MAP Reading Fluency with Coach. + Partner with revenue enablement, demand generation, product management, and sales to bring MAP Reading Fluency with Coach to districts nationwide. + Create authentic, customer-focused messaging, collateral, and thought leadership. Education and experience: Required: + At least four years of K-12 Product Marketing experience + Ability to translate product knowledge into customer-focused value + Exemplary written and verbal communication skills + Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work in an agile environment + Deep understanding of assessment end users + Openness to feedback from internal stakeholders + BS/BA in related discipline Preferred: + Experience enabling a large sales organization + Experience marketing reading fluency assessment, supplemental ELA, or other similar solutions + Demonstrated success in district-wide assessment/curriculum adoptions Knowledge & Skills + Independent thinker with strong leadership skills. + Creative problem-solver who is flexible and solutions-oriented; can juggle multiple projects and pivot quickly based on internal or external stakeholder needs. + Proficient in Word and PowerPoint Physical Requirements + Travel required, approximately 4 times per year. + Might be in a stationary position for a considerable time (sitting and/or standing) for 4+ hours. + Constantly operates a computer. + Must be able to collaborate with colleagues via face to face, conference calls, and online meetings.
