Position\nOverview:
Product\nOperations is responsible for the development and commercialization of an\noffering portfolio by improving execution and governance of strategy and\nprocess. The Product Operations team works closely with Offering Managers and\ncross-functional departments, such as engineering/R&D,\nmanufacturing/sourcing or software development, internal sales and field sales,\nmarketing, as well as Honeywell senior executives to maximize the growth,\ndevelopment and return on investment of the organization’s product portfolio\ntoday and in the future.
The Senior Product Operations Specialist is a key role responsible for\noptimizing and managing the operational aspects of product management. This\nsenior-level position involves overseeing product lifecycle processes, ensuring\nefficient processes within Offering Management and New Product Development, and\nimplementing strategies to enhance product performance and operational\nefficiency. The role requires a deep understanding of product operations, offering\nmanagement, product management, process optimization, and cross-functional\ncollaboration.

Process\nOptimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize product operations and streamline\nprocesses. Identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives to\nenhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional\nCollaboration: Work\nclosely with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing teams to\nensure seamless coordination and execution of product-related activities.\nFacilitate communication and resolve any operational issues.
Performance\nMonitoring: Track\nand analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product operations.\nPrepare and present reports on operational performance, trends, and areas for\nimprovement.
Product\nLifecycle Management: Oversee product lifecycle stages, including product introduction, ramp-up, and\nphase-out. Ensure that product transitions are managed effectively and that\noperational impacts are minimized.
Supply\nChain Coordination: Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage product\navailability, inventory levels, and distribution. Address any supply chain\nissues and implement solutions to maintain product availability.
Documentation\nand Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to product operations\nand businesses processes. Prepare and present detailed reports on operational\nperformance, process improvements, and strategic recommendations.
Customer\nand Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and address\noperational concerns. Use feedback to drive improvements and enhance customer\nsatisfaction.
Training: Design, implement, and support Training Programs for the Offering\nmanagement team including Accelerator modules, Z21 processes, and Learning Hub.

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
