This is a contingent position based upon contract award.
KBR is seeking a Senior Program Control Analyst to join our Customer's acquisition office support staff.
Responsibilities:
Candidates will have demonstrated an ability to interact with a multi-disciplinary technical workforce and development contractors in the accomplishment of their duties.
The Senior level analyst provides cross program analysis at the Program Office through Senior staff levels with executive management and external oversight interaction involving acquisition strategies, financial controls, and strategic direction. Review and consolidate program baseline and program spend plans at the Program and Directorate level.
Conduct cross program analyses to assist Government staff to determine program performance impacts and progress against plans and forecasts; resources necessary to accomplish assigned goals and objectives; and provide resource trade-offs and resource alternatives for senior management decision making.
Provide support and recommendations for budget exercises, IPBS, CBJB and CJB submissions. Review Program and Directorate data in the NEXT, NEAR, NFIS, FIT, FIRsT, EpX Studio, IRIS, and SNaP systems as appropriate for accuracy and completeness. Reconcile FIRsT to ensure valid data/status and if necessary, take corrective actions to reconcile requirements with budget. Provide recommendations regarding ICE, Cost PMP,/BAAR, and MSA resource reports for accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline (Advance degree preferred)
Required Experience:
12 years of experience Demonstrated knowledge of various quantitative techniques used to analyze data, develop models, and interpret results.
Demonstrated knowledge of IC budgetary principles and procedures.
Demonstrated knowledge of acquisition management regulations, practices, policies, and procedures involving major acquisition system packages and procedures, acquisition baseline development and Program Management Plans.
Demonstrated experience in the application of cost analysis methodologies. Desired competencies include descriptive statistics, trend analysis, learning curve theory, modeling and simulation.
At least three years experience working with Technical Office Program Managers is highly desirable
