Sr Program Manager, Exhibitor Content Advisor

This critical position shares responsibility with Gartner Program Management (PM) and Client Success (CS) in providing support to exhibitors to ensure the highest quality session content is delivered at Gartner Conferences.

The Exhibitor Content Advisor is tasked with driving two key activities:

Ensure that exhibitor content provides the optimal must-attend value proposition to C-level executives and their functional leadership teams, through relevant content and effective delivery.
 Drive the development of scalable processes, tools and best practices which PM and CS can effectively utilize to advise exhibitors on session content and engagement with attendees.
 

What you will do:

Create turnkey exhibitor-session design and delivery tools, in partnership with Gartner PM & CS that will enable exhibitors to achieve their objectives, maximize their conference impact, and align with Gartner’s conference value proposition.Support the development and utilization of training resources that are accessible to all exhibitors, to support effective presentation skills, content development, and exhibitor-attendee engagement.Collaborate with PM and the Gartner Customer Insights team on market-research and audience needs-assessments, to continually inform exhibitor content and engagement priorities and initiatives.Analyze exhibitor session data and audience feedback to shape session best practices and exhibitor training.Support development and dissemination of post-conference scorecards, enabling exhibitors to properly assess their performance and impact.Build trusted relationships with select exhibitors, based initially on global/strategic accounts, to
test and ultimately scale a consultative, high-touch relationship to provide more individualized, tailored guidance.Solicit continuous feedback from exhibitors and internal partners to ensure the highest level of service is provided by the PM team.Support Exhibit Product team in the assessment, development and execution of existing and new exhibitor products.Track and improve utilization of exhibitor content resources.

Bachelor’s DegreeUnderstanding and effectively communicating current themes and topics impacting C-level leaders in both IT and businessStrong customer service and sales enablement skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with effective presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain internal and external relationships with high degree of professionalismExcellent project- and time-management skillsStrong executive presence and influencing skillsDemonstrable expertise in distilling concepts into easily digestible formatsExperience analyzing data and leveraging AI to drive decisionsAbility to accommodate moderate travel to client meetings and conferences

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 79,000 USD - 123,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
