The AMXL Global Standards Learning and Development team is rapidly expanding its support of the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program, and we are seeking a senior program manager to innovate the end-to-end learning experiences for our Delivery Associates (DA).
As a Sr. Program Manager, you will play a vital role in assessing the current learning journey of AMXL DAs, identifying opportunities to standardize onboarding experience and drive parity across Amazon Operations, and implementing the right training processes and solutions to accelerate learning curve and enhance holistic learning experience. You will identify current learning experience pain points and gaps, invent new training solutions and simplify processes in partnership with business stakeholders across Ops, Safety, Last Mile Tech, and AMZL.
Key job responsibilities
- Assess current learning experiences for DAs
- Identify painpoints and gaps in the current learning experience
- Establish feedback mechanism to identify improvement opportunities
- Design, develop and launch scalable training processes and solutions for post onboarding support such as In-station coaching, On-road Experience and Nursery Routes
- Design training use cases and create training tech requirements to influence tech roadmap in partnership with Last Mile Tech team
- Identify new learning technology and tools to minimize the development and deployment time and maximize learning effectiveness
- Analyze and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities
- Up to 25% travel required.
