PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $122,000.00-$149,100.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $94,500.00 - $176,500.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.BENEFITS

The Senior Program Manager, Retail Performance & Experience is responsible for offering business and process expertise related to Retail Delivery products and services. This role requires an in-depth understanding of assigned products and services, assisting in the design of new offerings, and ensuring their successful implementation. Additionally, the Program Manager will lead process evaluation and drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance processes affecting Retail Delivery and the member experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Core Responsibilities
Perform all duties in accordance with BECU Competencies and Information Protection requirements.Lead and actively participate in project teams to oversee delivery, system enhancements, and process improvements.Guide and contribute to the development and management of Retail Delivery’s strategic direction.Standards and Implementation
Ensure effective implementation of standards, policies, and processes.Create productivity measures, metrics, tracking, and reporting to assess overall success.Communication and Leadership
Provide timely and accurate communications to offer leadership, direction, and performance monitoring of products and services.Maintain effective communication with Credit Union employees to ensure coordination and information exchange for achieving organizational goals.Collaboration and Advocacy
Collaborate with internal and external partners to design and implement programs that advocate for employees and members.Analyze results from survey programs to identify employee and member needs and implement actions to address areas of concern.Compliance and Vendor Management
Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, coordinating with other departments and staff to meet regulatory requirements.Manage vendor contracts within areas of responsibility, ensuring cost-efficient and quality service for members when third-party support is involved.Continuous Improvement

Minimum Qualifications:
B.A. or B.S. in business or equivalent work or education related experience.Experience managing project teams required.Seven years of functional experience required, in the Financial Services industry preferred.Desired Qualifications:
Five years of experience in operations management, project management, technology implementation, internal controls development and oversight preferred. Experience in driving Operational Excellence and Change management for large teamsGreen belt (or above) in Lean Six Sigma preferred.Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate in the English language.Experience with project management, effective leadership and negotiation skills.Full time hours required with additional hours as necessary to accomplish objectives, goals, and projects.Moderate travel by car and/or public conveyance for trips at some out-of-area locations or statewide.JOIN THE JOURNEY
