Sr Program Manager

Oversee and manage the execution of critical defense programs, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions while leading multidisciplinary teams to meet customer requirements.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field Minimum 7 years of experience in program management within the defense industry Strong understanding of defense acquisition processes, government contracting, and regulatory requirements Experience with program management tools such as Earned Value Management (EVM) and Agile methodologies Active security clearance or ability to obtain one

Preferred Skills:

Advanced degree in a related field Proven experience leading and delivering complex defense programs Familiarity with risk management strategies and mitigation plans

Job Responsibilities:

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of assigned defense programs Serve as the primary contact for program stakeholders, including government agencies, subcontractors, and internal teams Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets, while monitoring performance metrics Manage program resources to optimize efficiency and productivity Identify and mitigate program risks to minimize impacts on objectives Ensure compliance with government regulations and contractual requirements Collaborate with business development teams to support program growth and proposal development

Pay Details: $160,000.00 to $180,000.00 per year
