Senior Program Manager (Global Capability Center)

Responsibilities 

As a Senior Program Manager, you will manage multiple project work efforts related to the execution of the Enterprise Technology and Security organization-wide, build out of the Global Capability Center (GCC) which is a software development center offshore. This effort will involve several parallel projects, subject matter experts, managers, and key stakeholders.

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for:

Establishes and reviews objectives, coordinates all activities across projects workstreams supporting the GCC buildout, and oversees the integration and migration planning. This role will spend time and effort on GCC build out activities, negotiating changes in plans, communication to key stakeholders and relationship management of the GCC vendor partner. Accountable to executive sponsors for GCC workstream schedule, budget, and quality of all program elements.Leads high-level sessions for GCC workstream program plan and schedule development.Reviews/approves project plans for conformance to program strategy and program plan and schedule.Acts as the communications conduit to executive sponsors and program steering committee and conducts periodic briefings/status updates.Provides and interprets policies, creating an environment that fosters sustainable momentum for the program (i.e., removing barriers both inside and outside the enterprise), and periodically reviewing program progress and interim results to ensure alignment with the overall strategic vision.

Required Qualifications

10+ Years of experience in the Project Environment 7-10 Years of Program Management Experience 3+ Years program management experience with prior knowledge and expertise in building out Global Capacity Centers / captives.Requires comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards for Global Capacity Centers / captives, as well as of the changing business environment.Applies industry expertise and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance within a GCC buildout program.Proven track record of large programs end-to-end delivery to time, cost, and qualityFlexibility to work on technology, change and business process programs.Regarded internally as a program management expert, providing specialist knowledge and support to project teams to shape business development and resolve business issues.In-depth knowledge and proven application of Program and Project Management methodologies and full project lifecycle including documentation standards, risk, issue, assumption, and dependency management and change controls process.Familiarity with process modeling, workshop facilitation and business analysis Strong knowledge of the current business operating model and supporting systems / applications including structures key Citizens processes and proceduresWell-rounded knowledge of banking products and terminologyCompetent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, WordPMI certifications are highly desirable.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
