**Chenega Supply Chain Solutions LLC (CSCS)** seeks to add a **SR Program Manager** to join its growing team. CSCS is a Small Business Administration (SBA)-certified 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business and and is a proud member of the Chenega Alaska Native Village Corporation. CSCS operates under the Chenega Professional Services Business Unit (PSSBU), which supports multiple subsidiaries of the Chenega Corporation.
The **SR Program Manager** will drive organizational and revenue growth through new contract acquisition, strategic partnerships, and expansion of services to our existing federal clients.

**Organizational Structure and Reporting**
This position will report to and provide business operations and leadership support for two, closely aligned PSSBU subsidiaries: CSCS and AOR Logistics LLC (AOR). With complementary capabilities in logistics, supply chain management, information technology, research and development, supply chain systems design and integration, and other core capabilities, CSCS and AOR seamlessly blend leadership, operational, and internal organizational talents and resources, with executive leadership for both small businesses currently under a single company President.
For the purposes of this job opening, the individual hired for this position will be an employee of CSCS, but will follow internal business unit procedures and timekeeping processes regarding accurately accounting for time spent supporting CSCS and AOR.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Provide business operations leadership across a growing portfolio of government and commercial industry contracts.
+ Help successfully drive and execute the all-important Client Relationship Manager (CRM) mission for our two companies. Champion, design, lead, and execute programs and supporting initiatives that delight our clients, take care of the personnel assigned to their projects, and that constantly exceed their expectations.
+ Take care of our People: define, shape, and help lead and execute programs and initiatives that nurture, grow, and support the professional lives and aspirations of our Employees.
+ Support company leadership in business development efforts, including identifying ways to grow our existing contracts by helping to strengthen the relationships we have with our current government clients and commercial industry partners.
+ Identify, qualify, coordinate with, and secure optimal teaming partners on contract opportunities, especially those that improve and expand our presence with existing Clients and Partners.
+ Support the identification and development of relationships with industry partner and prospective clients, which help lead to direct awards, and prime and subcontract awards.
+ Support company business development efforts by generating ideas and materials produced from our operations/contract work that help outline and strengthen the development of pre- and post-solicitation opportunity win themes, technical solutioning, key strengths, discriminators, and price-to-win strategies.
+ Collaborate with company and PSSBU leadership to establish and mature long-range fiscal and capture planning and forecasting processes, with specific emphasis on evaluating and forecasting the health and expansion of current business operations.
+ Champion company and PSSBU organizational growth through an entrepreneurial spirit and by executing strategies that directly impact company growth.
+ Collaborate with company, PSSBU, and Corporate leadership and stakeholders, to build and execute account plans to position for successful pursuits.
+ Identify and shape customer requirements, gather competitive intelligence, and share insights gleaned from current business operations as they relate to the landscape of clients and competitors.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
+ 20+ years demonstrated experience in business operations and management accountabilities gained by operating in the government contracting industry.
+ Experience managing large contract programs, ideally of more than 200 personnel on a single contract.
+ Possess deep domain knowledge and proven results managing business operations and personnel across multiple federal Defense and Civilian agencies, independently and with a broad array of government contracting industry companies, including large and small businesses.
+ Possess demonstrated knowledge working with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) policies and procedures.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
+ Exhibits a hands-on leadership approach through modeling behavior reflective of the organizational mission, fostering an “all hands-on deck” team approach, and through clear and direct communication.
+ Posseses strong knowledge, experience, and success with managing challenging workforce environments, with specific emphasis on managing personnel subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA), with experience managing employees who are members of a labor union and subject to a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
+ Experienced in developing and managing programs awarded and executed under all contract pricing types, including Firm Fixed Price, Time & Material, and Cost Plus Fixed Fee, as well as all contract acquisition types, including single award, Indefinite Demand Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), Multiple Award Contract (MAC), and General Services Administration (GSA) contracts.
+ Ability to work across PSSBU subsidiaries and Chenega business units, by collaborating constructively and interacting seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels.
+ Demonstrate strong writing skills and the interest, ability, and initiative to make source material contributions to proposals.
+ Be able to successfully build and work within high performance teams in an entrepreneurial environment.
+ Demonstrated use of independent judgment to determine strategic guidelines, purpose, follow-through and completion in support of identified opportunity captures.
+ Ability to travel 25% or more, to multiple program and client locations based on current and prospective business operations needs, in coordination with CSCS and AOR leadership.
