**Overview**
A Turner Duckworth Senior Program Manager holds a high degree of responsibility for the health and quality of our business and client work. They demonstrate best-in-class organization, with a meticulous eye for detail. They can communicate clearly, respectfully, and with a touch of finesse with clients and colleagues alike. They are a pressure-performer, able to adapt with poise, think on their feet, and keep everyone focused on the ultimate goal in the midst of looming deadlines and client revisions. They are trusted to manage complex projects from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and maintain the business margin.
**Responsibilities**
Key Responsibilities
+ Work daily with Client Services and Creative teams to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and brand coherence
+ Proficiently lead implementation of project management for multiple large scale, complex projects for global client(s)
+ Develop and manage project timelines and budgets based on thorough understanding of design
+ Maintain and enforce high standards of communications and documentation, including status updates, financial reports, timelines, scopes, change orders, burn reports and forecasting, best practices and asset management, etc.
+ Analyze client feedback and provide clear, concise, actionable briefs for the internal team
+ Actively identify and resolve roadblocks, keeping projects on track and maintaining profit margin
+ Present project progress with clarity and confidence
+ Responsible for accurate maintenance of information within project/resource management systems and tools (ex: Float, rOarPPM)
+ Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across interdisciplinary teams and with Publicis Groupe partners
**Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of experience in Program Management, ideally within a branding agency or other creative agency environment directly overseeing multi-discipline deliverables
+ Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Strong strategic thinker with a problem-solving mentality
+ Highly organized and adaptable
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field preferred
Please note: This is a hybrid, 3 days/week on-site role.

Compensation Range: $95,950.00 - $144,430.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
