Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire a Program Manager to assist a client of ours in the financial industry with their AI/ML strategy. This person will be the dedicated Program Manager to support the companies predetermined AI/ML initiatives, while also bring new ideas and strategies to the organization. This person will be responsible for leading all phases of the project lifecycle, including, but not limited to project plan creation, project kickoffs and internal status meetings, handling timeline, budget, achievements and deliverables. He or she will also work with program team to identify risks, plan for risk response and mitigation and proactively monitor risks, issues and resolutions. Ideally, this person will have experience managing and leading delivery of product development based programs and/or strategy based programs, and develop strategic program plans. This is a 6 month contract with likelihood for extension and potentially even conversion, and is local to Kansas City, MO.
