Sr Program Specialist

As a Sr Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating engineering programs within the Aerospace Technologies (AT) business unit. Your expertise in program management and your ability to work with cross-functional teams will contribute to the successful execution and delivery of projects. You will report directly to our Program Manager, and you’ll work out of our Glendale, AZ location. 

In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring the efficient and effective management of engineering programs, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide and manage engineering programs to ensure successful execution and deliveryWork with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverablesDevelop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocationMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetsIdentify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project deliveryCoordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concernsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices
