As a Sr. Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing projects of PMC Terminal business. You will be responsible for overseeing project activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and providing guidance to project management professionals. Your strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and ability to drive results will be essential in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee projects in alignment with the organization's goals. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion. Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders regarding project status, including reporting on delivery, budget, and any potential delays. Cultivate effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies. This role will require approximately 30-40% travel to various locations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering in instrumentation and electronics. Master’s degree is a plus. 10+ years (6 years of proven experience in project management). PMP certification preferred. Knowledge of project management methodologies Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project/Primavera). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
