Summary: Seeking a Sr Project Administrator to develop and manage program schedules, conduct critical path analyses, and support program planning and evaluation.
Requirements:
Five to ten years of related experience
Associate or bachelor's degree
Must be a US citizen
Effective oral and written communication skills
Interpersonal skills for interfacing, coordinating, and negotiating with personnel, customers, and suppliers
Preferred Skills:
Involvement with Program Management Institute (PMI), Microsoft Project Users Group (MPUG), or Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed schedules and conduct critical path analyses using company standards
Analyze program schedule status and prepare EVMS data for the Business/Finance Office
Create standard S-Curves for supporting programs
Develop program proposal schedules as required
Produce network logic diagrams per company standards
Monitor schedule variances against plans and forecasts through reports and techniques
Participate in process/quality improvement initiatives
Recommend improvements to scheduling processes for better product quality
Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
