Eversana Specialty Consulting (ESC) works with pharmaceutical manufacturers, and medical device companies to support the lifecycle for their products. Projects include but are not limited to developing strategies that optimize channel, trade, payer and patient services market access, launch support, primary and secondary market research in addition to customer satisfaction and program operational reviews. All projects are grounded in our industry experience as well as analytics and insights gathered through research. Our work considers the needs of every company, product and patient, ensuring the result will best serve the brand, client goals and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Runs day to day project activityTrack project milestones and final deliverables and ensure all key dates/milestones are achievedSupport and manage marketing research recruiting and schedulingSupports project team as required by client-facing personnel.Effectively communicate (internally) ESC’s annual goals, strategic plan, and mission. The Senior Project Director is expected to identify additional uses and utilize current EVERSANA technology solutions and tools; identify refinements to and execute the delivery of standardized core ESC products to meet customer needs and comply and adhere with all corporate policies and procedures.When collaborating on an assigned project, Sr. Project Director will be expected to identify follow ESC project methodology and approach and standardized project deliverable frameworks.Support the development and execution of new consulting service offerings into the market, execute new consulting service offerings into the market while exhibiting the highest levels of ethical, personal, and professional behavior. ownership for individual performance management and professional development plan of action.The Sr. Project Director will be expected to demonstrate understanding of what it is to be a project catalyst, and familiarity with assigned client’s business model, current level of achievement of overall business objectives, key project objectives and project hypothesis . This position will assist in the execution of Protean marketing initiativesThis position will develop individual goals and objectives in January of each calendar year aligned to ESC annual goals and objectives; initiate review of individual goals and objectives with assigned leader in January; complete self-assessment of attainment of individual goals and objectives and initiate review of self-assessment with assigned partner on semi-annual basis. As part of the performance management program process, this position will complete a self-assessment of performance and initiate performance review discussion with assigned leader on a mid-year and annual basis; develop professional development plan for discussion with assigned leader; assume ownership for individual performance management and professional development plan of action.The Sr. Project Director assumes ownership and accountability for quality and timeliness of his/her work product; Identify and escalate any project issues to managementIdentify and communicate to ESC leadership on new project opportunities or extension of existing projects with existing clients.The Sr. Project Directors will be expected to cultivate, manage and expand internal and external professional relationships developed through its engagements assigned to or by ESCMay be expected to travel from time to time depending on project assignmentsPHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $57,000 to $60,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The compensation range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position and includes billable hours commission. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
