Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with staff members
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document qualifications protocols
Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
Education and Experience:
Degree in Business Management or other related discipline .
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certifications.
Knowledge and Skills:
Four or more years of project management experience
Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
Proven success working with all levels of management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Must know how to use Microsoft Project
Someone with experience working at a Pharmaceutical/Medical Device company is preferred.
Experience in developing platforms for internal processes
Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
Proven working experience in project management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Knowledge of Design Controls and Risk Management practices, regulations and standards, such as FDA QSR's, ISO 13485, EU MDR, ISO 14971 is preferred.
Physical Demands:
Sitting and work on computer, moderate work on the production floor, moderate walking.
