Overview Evolver has an opportunity for a Project Manager supporting our client within the Fixed Income Group on-site in San Francisco, CA. Hybrid schedule, 3 days in office Tue, Wed, Thu. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities: Facilitate technology and operations projects from start to finish, including gathering/documenting requirements, communicating with development team, and overseeing/assisting with testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance Provide project management support to plan, track, and report project status to various key stakeholders Work with project participants to develop and maintain project schedule, identify and track milestones Identify and track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across the project work streams Update Project tracking systems with resources, milestones, etc. Aggregate work stream status information into project level reporting for project leadership, committees and work streams Ensure project reporting and presentation deliverables meet required quality standards Coordinate meetings and capture meeting minutes, action items etc. Create and deliver presentations on the project as required Develop and maintain a Communications Plan and keep key stakeholders appraised of project plans and related implications Manage the project change control process Minimum Qualifications and Requirements Basic Qualifications: 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the investment/asset management vertical 5 years of business requirements experience 3 years of Agile & Scrum project management methodologies Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing techinical projects on relevant investment application platforms highly preferred Experience with Jira and Confluence Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, key decision makers and senior management across the organization Ability to work independently and drive projects, timelines, risks Self-starter, can work in ambiguous environment and ever-changing timeline Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, in an ever-changing business climate Must have and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication Highly detailed, structured and organized EOE Statement Evolver is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer. The annual salary range for this position in San Francisco Bay Area is between: $140,000—$170,000 USD.
