Job Description Insight Global is looking for an experienced Sr IT Project Manager to join the team of one of our medical device clients in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will coordinate multiple teams with different roadmaps to deliver their MDM solution (Profisee), creating a golden record for patients. You will work closely with Dynamics CRM, Data Governance, Data and Analytics, Sales Operations, and Marketing teams. Your main deliverable will be a patient pipeline report, tracking a patients journey from initial contact through interactions with their doctor to the actual implant of the device. Ideally, you have experience working across multiple departments and interfacing with executives for reporting, while remaining very tactical. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in your project management abilities, and the ability to collaborate with and present to stakeholders. This opportunity is able to pay between $65-75/hr based on years of experience. Skills and Requirements Experience: 8+ years of project management or related experience. Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience. Methodology Knowledge: Use of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills used for facilitation, presentation, and documentation. Tooling: Use of Microsoft Office and project / Agile management platform(s), (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) Methodology certifications (PMP, Scrum, SaFE, etc.) Life Sciences / Medical Device experience Business Analysis experience Experience with Azure DevOps Quick learner, adaptable to change, goal and detail oriented.
