Sr Project Manager **Overall Job Summary** This role is responsible for end-to-end management through agile principles and the execution of projects, including planning, estimating, providing day-to-day management, leadership, direction and administration across full project lifecycle for business initiatives. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)** + ​​​​​​Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and delivers the intended project goals by managing resource time allocation and efforts. + Responsible for all project oversight, including planning, directing and managing development resources, project teams and testing activities through mature agile principles. + Work with stakeholders to identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks + Build trusted relationships focused on continuous improvement with leaders and their teams + Define and implement continuous project risk analysis while maintaining project health, developing mitigation strategies, and driving resolution of issues; escalates issues as appropriate + Recommend new tools or processes that improve speed to delivery + Serve as point of intake for stakeholders to define problems and identify teams to support + Drive the on-time delivery of complete scope while actively managing change requests and setting customer expectations + Develop and maintain project documentation + Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders ensuring visibility to activities + Ensure that all project deliverables are consistent with Tractor Supply Company standards + Acts as an advocate for change-may require influencing others to see the value in project, including managing interpersonal sensitivities and articulating the strategic view to ensure project alignment + Provide timely resource allocations **Required Qualifications** _Experience:_ 6+ years managing projects in a cross-functional environment through the entire project lifestyle required. _Education_ : Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered. _Professional Certifications_ : Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. **Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities** + Experience managing projects using agile methodologies and project planning platforms such as Planview Project Place, LeanKit, Jira, etc. + Intermediate to expert knowledge of MS-Team, MS Office, and MS SharePoint. **Working Conditions** + Normal office working conditions + Occasional travel required **Physical Requirements** + Sitting + Lifting up to 20 pounds + Kneeling/Stooping/Bending + Reaching overhead **Disclaimer** _This job description represents an overview of the responsibilities for the above referenced position.
