The Senior Project Manager – Special Projects (SPG) is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction-management project; as well as mentoring multiple Project Managers and Engineers.

BS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management10+ years in the lead role on a project(s)Or equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong technical and communication skills are criticalAbility to lead, develop and build strong teamsKnowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office (preferred)Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
For New York, NY this ranges from $164,000.00 = $226,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
