Sr Project Mgr - IT
ATI Physical Therapy
**Overview**
This job is responsible for leading large scale, often strategic and more visible technology projects inclusive of their cost, time, and scope. Works cross-functionally across ATI teams to create project plans, allocate tasks, set project milestones and oversee execution. May be responsible for two or more concurrent projects.
**Responsibilities**
Core Duties Determines and defines clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for large scale and/or multiple projects Leads cross-team meetings to determine progress, drive accountability and address challenges regarding projects Tracks deliverables and reports on status of objectives, timeline, budget, and risks, which may include enterprise-wide and/or executive level communications Leads project delivery including full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously Works directly with the Office of the CIO and ATI finance teams to draft and submit budget proposals and recommends subsequent budget changes where necessary Anticipates details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and company strategy Establishes practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature project management capabilities for the organization

**Qualifications**
Minimum Education Required Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related technical field
Minimum Experience Required:
+ A minimum of five (5) years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
+ A minimum of five (5) years of experience working with senior level business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
+ Experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
+ A minimum of three (3) years of experience in IT Project Management or related technical field .
Preferred:
+ Proficiency with Azure DevOps
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
+ Ability to analyze, plan, and create standard requirements for complex and/or multiple projects
+ Skill with multiple Project Management processes, strategies and methods
+ Ability to mentor, coach and develop rising talent in the technology department
+ Skill with time management and experience with establishing guidelines in these areas for others, including ability to drive accountability with multiple outside business units
+ Ability to follow existing protocols and provide recommendations for risk management and/or change management
+ Skill with predicting challenges both within and outside of IT and seeking to proactively head-off obstacles
+ Ability to complete project delivery from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
+ Ability to determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project and program team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas
Licenses and Certifications:
Required: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Preferred: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalentJob Code: 2208
