We are looking for a Software Engineer (Python Data API Developer

We are looking for a Python developer who has proven 3+ years of experience in data management platforms. You should be capable of conceptualizing and developing Python-based backend services used for fetching data for analytics purposes, as well as providing guidance to internal users on how to utilize the solution and develop success stories with them. Additionally, you should be familiar with test automation to ensure the reliability and quality of the developed solutions.

 

Required Skills:

Solid experience in Python backend development

Demonstrated Experience in an AWS environment (IAM, Redshift DB, S3)

Knowledge on Data Engineering Concepts with focus on SQL-type querying

Strong understanding of software design patterns and testing principles

Demonstrated Experience in supporting internal end-users in using the built software solution correctly and efficiently

Experience Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform is a plus.  

Understanding of ETL processes to extract data from different data sources is a plus.

Demonstrated Knowledge on API Security Concepts and their implementation.

Knowledge on fundamental data analytics concepts is a plus good knowledge in interacting with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and webservices (REST)

Experienced in establishing an optimized CI / CD(Jenkins) environment relevant to the project.

Good knowledge on repository management tools like Git, Bit Bucket, etc.

Excellent debugging skills/strategies.

Excellent communication skills

Experienced in working in an Agile environment.

Good Knowledge about JSON

 

Nice to have

Knowledge of Semiconductor test platforms

Good know-how of agile management tools like Jira.

Good to know Pyspark

Basic working knowledge of Linux
