Senior Quality Engineering Technician
As a Senior Quality Engineering Technician here at\nHoneywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of\nquality and reliability for our products. You will perform various testing and\ninspection activities, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement. In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of\nour products, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and collaborate\nwith cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform quality inspections and tests on incoming\nmaterials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance\nwith quality standards and specifications.
• Analyze test data and inspection results to identify\ntrends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and\nresolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as\nnecessary.
• Participate in the development and implementation of\nquality control procedures and processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective\nactions to address non-conformances.
• Support the calibration and maintenance of testing\nequipment and tools.
• Assist in the development and execution of quality\ntraining programs for employees.
• Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices\nin quality control and testing methodologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to\nenhance quality control processes and procedures.

YOU MUST HAVE
• 2+ years' experience as Sr Quality Engineering Technician

• Associate’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a\nsimilar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles,\nmethodologies, and tools.
• Experience with inspection and testing techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Certification in quality control or related field.
• Experience with ISO standards and quality management\nsystems.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and techniques.
