Sr Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer
Supports manufacturing operations during a new product launch of capital equipment, reviewing and approving validations and developing operational instructions.

Job Requirements:

B.S. in Engineering or a Science-related field.

5+ years of experience in a relevant role.

Experience in medical device manufacturing.

Proficiency with processing and managing NCMRs and CAPA.

Experience reviewing and approving software, process, and equipment validations.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with StealthStation S8, Stealth Axis, Visualase, and Kitting product lines.

Ability to coach and influence manufacturing engineers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

Review and approve process, software, and equipment validations for capital equipment.

Develop operator work instructions and set up assembly stations.

Collaborate with the inspection team to establish methods for inspecting incoming components and resolving any inspection-related issues.

Assume ownership of any NCMRs or CAPAs created by operations quality.

Provide guidance and influence to manufacturing engineers to ensure compliance with all quality standards.

Support the launch of new product lines, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process.

Pay: 40-54

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
