Sr Quality Engineer
We have an immediate opportunity for a Customer-Focused Sr. Quality Engineer to lead our Certification and Releasing Teams + Supervise, grow, and develop the Certification & Releasing Teams and ensure that processes followed, managed, and improved as needed. + Perform as the Customer-Facing Quality Engineer responsible for: + Resolution of customer quality issues + Act as a quality liaison between and our customers + Monitoring and management of customer portals & scorecards + Implementation of customer-related quality improvement projects + Responsible for Outsourced Vendor Quality + Ensuring new & existing vendors meet quality requirements + Management of vendor corrective actions & improvements activities + Quality Engineering Improvement projects as assigned **Qualifications** A degree in engineering, industrial technology management or other relevant technical discipline is required. Because of contractual requirements, **this position requires US citizenship** . A minimum of five (5) years experience in quality or continuous improvement engineering in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Experience with planning for quality control, auditing, and procedure writing are required.
