As\na Sr Quality Systems Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a critical\nrole in ensuring the quality and compliance of our systems and processes. You\nwill be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our quality management\nsystems, ensuring they align with industry standards and regulatory\nrequirements. Your expertise in quality systems administration, attention to\ndetail, and problem-solving capabilities will be essential in maintaining the\nhighest level of quality and compliance within our organization.
You will report directly to our Quality Systems Manager and you'll work out of\nour Baton Rouge, LA location.
In this role, you will impact the overall quality and compliance of our\noperations, ensuring that our systems and processes meet the highest standards.\nYou will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for\nimprovement and implement effective solutions to enhance our quality management\nsystems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• \nOversee and optimize the quality management systems to ensure compliance\nwith industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for\nimprovement and implement effective solutions.
• \nConduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards\nand regulatory requirements.
• \nDevelop and maintain documentation, including standard operating\nprocedures and work instructions.
• \nProvide training and support to employees on quality management systems\nand processes.

5+ years of experience in quality systems administration or a related\nfield.Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory\nrequirements.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities and organizational\nskillsWE VALUE
