As\na Sr R&O Maintenance Analyst Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a\ncrucial role in overseeing the maintenance and reliability of our operations.\nYou will lead a team of maintenance analysts and supervisors to ensure the\nefficient and effective operation of our equipment and facilities. Your\nexpertise in maintenance strategies and data analysis will be instrumental in\noptimizing our maintenance processes and driving continuous improvement.

You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager, and you'll work out of our\nMcCook, IL location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the reliability and performance of our operations\nby implementing data-driven maintenance strategies, analyzing equipment\nperformance data, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will\ncollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance\nplans, monitor equipment health, and optimize maintenance schedules. Your\nleadership will be critical in driving a culture of continuous improvement and\nensuring the highest level of equipment reliability and availability.

 

Key Responsibilities:Lead a\n team of maintenance technicians and support troubleshooting issuesEnsure\n preventative maintenance and mechanical integrity actions are completedPerform\n field assessments and job walkdowns to properly setup and monitor workPerform\n detailed planning and scheduling of maintenance jobs according to\n prioritiesAnalyze\n equipment performance data and identify opportunities for improvementCommunicate\n with vendors to resolve scheduling, payment issues, etc.
