About the Job We currently have an exciting opportunity as Sr. Real Estate Operations Analyst to join the Tailored Brands Real Estate team. The Real Estate Operations Analyst will partner closely with FP&A team, and other key department peers, to plan and manage, track, and report all budgets related to the Real Estate, Construction, Maintenance and Lease Administration teams. They will partner with other internal teams to provide guidance, reporting, and analytics to understand results and support decision making initiatives. This is a remote role that individual will report to the Director of Real Estate Operations. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities Partner with business leaders to ensure business units meets/exceeds its targets and act as an integral member of the business unit teams Partner with Data Analytics team and utilize sales forecasting model to assist Real Estate Directors by providing comprehensive market planning tools Establish method for and successfully manage Quarterly Asset Reviews with Field Organization (Real Estate, Maintenance and Construction) Establish and oversee Real Estate Committee standards. Oversee Real Estate Analyst deliverables (REC presentation development, support end to end Real Estate Department process requirements, ad hoc analysis and interdepartmental cross functional team support) Develop processes, metrics, and reporting to be used to support the business and drive decision Support the Accounting department during month and quarter end close to ensure financial data accuracy Support annual planning process and periodic projection updates for the Business unit Partner with FP&A team to redesign Capital P&L models (new, relocation & remodels). Oversee use of P&L for real estate deal package submission, maintaining close partnership with FP&A to ensure accuracy. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed Maintain and develop continuous process improvement and standardization tools What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field of study 8 years of professional experience in a retail organization. Demonstrated experience working with financial models. Advanced Excel skills required, proficient with Microsoft Office product suite Advanced analytical skills coupled with an ability to interpret data, communicate findings, and propose recommendations. Effective at evaluating situations and developing process improvement plans. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to balance competing priorities and secure resolution through interdepartmental collaboration. Strong business acumen; retail real estate experience a plus. Ability to perform and remain organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Aptitude to influence colleagues, peers, and cross-functional teams throughout the organization. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
