Highlights of your roleBuild, implement, and maintain audience strategies and sales tools for product launches and dealer programs.
Lead the planning and execution of regional dealer growth development plans, programs, and product launches to support sales goals and business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, builders, architects and Marvin sales leadership. Use these relationships to develop and implement channel strategies and annual audience planning efforts.
Provide audience insights by collecting, analyzing, and evaluating information in key markets. Develop personas, uncover new business opportunities, and lead annual campaign planning.
Manage a team of Regional Marketing Managers located across the country to build loyalty and drive growth within channels. Ensure consistency in team roles across locations and establish standard operating procedures.
Compensation $90,000 - $118,000 annually You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)Proven ability to direct a team in with a focus on development and growth

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Ability to travel 40-50% of the time
