As a Senior Reliability Engineer here at Honeywell, you will\nbe accountable for ensuring the reliability and performance of our products and\nsystems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and\nresolve reliability issues, develop and implement reliability improvement\nplans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will be\ncritical in ensuring the highest level of reliability and customer\nsatisfaction.

You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager, and you’ll work out of our\nShreveport, Louisiana location onsite.

In this role, you will impact the reliability and performance of our products\nand systems, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and\nreliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work\n with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve reliability issuesDevelop\n and implement reliability improvement plansConduct\n root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsDrive\n continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliabilityPerform\n reliability testing and analysis to identify areas for improvementProvide\n technical support and guidance to engineering teamsMonitor\n and analyze field data to identify trends and potential reliability issuesDevelop\n and maintain reliability metrics and reports

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's\n degree in engineering or a related field5+\n years of experience in reliability / maintenance engineering2+\n years fixed and rotating equipment reliability experience
