This position will manage two residential group homes involving the administrative oversight of staff, which includes Shift Managers and Direct Support Professionals. Candidate should be able to adapt to working with behavioral DDD population What We Need: + Staff Management: The role includes overseeing staff, which may involve scheduling, training and performance evaluations. Also providing on-call support to staff. + Documentation and Communication: The role requires documenting and maintaining all State and New Jersey Licensure files also reviewing program error reports, audit monthly paperwork and attending meetings. + Financial Management: Responsibilities include auditing consumer finances and ensuring Group Homes operate within budget. + Consumer Care: Having a core understanding of positive support intervention, intervening in corrective action, and maintaining supportive relationships with the Agency's Consumers and staff. + Maintain medication inventory with proper administration.
