The Sales Manager is responsible for building and developing the mass mid-segment market for Fire products to drive break through growth for assigned territory. This role shall be responsible for the development and execution of the sales plan. This role is also accountable for achieving AOP for assigned segments. \n\n•\tBuild an effective team for mass mid segment business to drive business growth to meet or overdrive the AOP target\n•\tDefines sales strategy implementation plan for the relevant business area\n•\tDefine distribution model and outline channel roadmap for the mass mid segment business\n•\tDrives the achievement of targets for the relevant regional and district sales teams through regular reviews, gap closing plans and other actions, as appropriate\n•\tEvaluates offering against competition and recommends competitive differentiators\n•\tProvides direction and leadership to direct reports\n•\tDevelops relationship with existing and potential key customers\n•\tSupports major opportunities in conjunction with the other regional and district teams\n•\tNetworks effectively both internally and externally to develop strong relationships with clients and business contacts\n•\tDrive the implementation and usage compliance of all HBT Fire sales processes and tools\n•\tProvide team performance reports on a regular basis\n-\tDrive sales performance through appropriate measures and incentives\n-\tDeveloping/hiring sales team members\n-\tIdentifying training/talent upgrade requirements\n-\tEffective performance management of the sales team\n•\tCoach sales team members to higher levels of performance\n•\tAssist in the closing of all significant ordersBusiness or technical degree.
Fire industry related sales experience
Proven track record as a sales leader/manager driving the sales process
Experience building successful sales teams
Strong industry experience.Must understand customers and markets.
Strategic thinking and strong execution bias
Excellent customer focus mindset and can drive break through growth.
Excellent team working skills, communication and presentation skills
