Job\nDescription
Responsible for China VS sales. The major responsibilities of the position\nare:
To be able to promote Honeywell Scanning and Mobility OEM products and solution to the responsible region, and to achieve sales target. Honeywell Scanning and Mobility OEM product includes but not limited to laser engine, area imaging engine, decoding software, boxed scanner products.
To be able to identify and influence project decision maker to spec-in Honeywell Scanning and mobility product and close the project
Develop and maintain customer relationship, contacting end user and system integrator to achieve sales target
Develop tailored solution to satisfy customer needs
Develop strategy to manage and grow the responsible accounts to achieve sales target.
Develop strategy to manage and grow the responsible region to achieve sales target.
Develop strategy to manage and grow the responsible vertical market to achieve sales target.
Create and improve market awareness of Honeywell Scanning and Mobility.
Identify and regularly contact the major influencers of projects including end user and consultant
Provide presentation, demonstration and training to customer
To provide necessary support to achieve total customer satisfaction
Collect market intelligence to the support team in order to improve product market competitiveness
To be able to work autonomously with a minimum of supervision and be enthusiastic, results oriented.
Effectively utilize company resource to achieve assigned sales targetJob\nRequirement
Minimum 5 years sale experience, AIDC industry background is preferred.
Ability to develop new business and new customers
Good technical and engineering degree background, with technical support experience preferred
Direct sales experience, able to contact and manager relationship with end-user and consultant
