4-7 years of industry experience in IT services sales, account management.
Manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts, focusing on exceeding client expectations and achieving revenue targets.
Develop and implement strategic growth plans to increase account penetration and secure renewals.
Staff augmentation experience is a must.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the captives market preferred.
Craft compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
Good mix of farming / hunting
Good academic background – MBA preferred.
Deep understanding of end-to-end sales process.
IT services account management background across various vertical Retail, Healthcare, Industrial, Telecom etc
India / Bangalore based only.
