The selected candidate must demonstrate diligence and be service-oriented both with other team members and external clients. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, organizational and planning skills. Individual needs to be self-starting and action-oriented while regularly exercising independent judgment and seeing tasks through to completion. **What You’ll Do** + Gather documentation to complete high-value voucher forms and process commission payments. + Collect, compile, and evaluate complex data and create written descriptions of results. + Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisoryapproval. + Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided. + Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision andguidance. + Manage the day-to-day operations of the team and its client projects. + Create and implement internal procedures to support NIT operations. + Manage information databases and uses data to generate ad hoc reports as required. + Maintain FINTRAC documentation while adhere to Company policy. + Work closely with legal, maintaining real estate transaction documentation, templates and files. + Update rent rolls, reconcile GLA, and basic lease review. + Create and maintain marketing budgets. + Other duties may be assigned. **What We Look For** + High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience. + An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required. + Intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from availableoptions without supervisory approval. + Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner. + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularity Excel. + Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset. + General math skills.
