Sr Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator / Developer

Introduction

iRobot is seeking a talented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator/Developer to help administer, maintain, and support development of marketing campaigns through iRobot’s Digital Marketing Platform. This is a unique opportunity to be part of dynamic and motivated team accountable for driving and executing a best in class Direct to Consumer (DTC) experience.

What You Will Do: 

Administer the platform to add user, profiles, roles and permissions, create data extensions, segmentations, reports and dashboardsSupport development of all Marketing Cloud Personalization components (templates, content zones, updates to site map, third-party integrations, triggers etc.)Lead discussion and collaborate in identifying triggers and developing solutionsLead and support roll-out of Personalization which included development of multi-channel journeys across email, web, ad, and app
Technical understanding of SFMC’s data extension architecture as well as integration and automation capabilities this is a skill set should be moved under “To Be Successful”Develop solution and approaches to ensure cleanliness of data from multiple sources including monitoring data quality and integrity, data migrations, and data integrationDesign and develop high-quality code to improve platform reliability, availability, and scalabilityDevelop and design data integration workflows across different studios and across different platforms to support Marketing initiativesAnticipate issues and risks and escalate appropriately

To Be Successful You Will Have: 

5+ years of hands-on professional experience as an Administrator/Developer of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience working on integration and implementation of different salesforce marketing technologies (Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, Social/Ad Studio, Mobile Studio etc.) globallyHands-on experience with setting up Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization templates, content zones, site mapHands-on experience with writing advance SQL and AMPscript languagesKnowledge of Salesforce security, standard and customized functionality, and basic architectureExcellent communication skills and problem-solving attitudePrior experience working in Direct to Consumer marketingSolid understanding of/ experience with data modeling and querying as it pertains to Marketing CloudUnderstanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS, and Javascript
