How You Will Make an Impact:Apply strong communication skills to support team members and key clients.Drive excellence through effective communication, teamwork, expanding service scope, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs), developing business metrics, and managing the team.Promote innovation and practical process improvements within the program.Key Responsibilities:Maintain inspection readiness, including laboratory housekeeping and compliance.Keep records and follow regulatory requirements, applying Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Adhere to established safety and environmental guidelines and procedures.Identify and support continuous improvement projects.Align with the company's vision by cross-training and supporting various service areas as needed.Manage stockroom and Point of Use (POU) activities, including product dispensing and coordinating stockroom tasks.Perform on-site program replenishments and disbursements.Complete stockroom duties, including receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, and other functions in accordance with customer requirements.Remove cardboard and trash as needed.Deliver direct shipment orders to end users.Perform order entry, order expediting, customer service call resolution, return goods authorization, and processing of backorders.Conduct inventory and warehousing activities, including receiving surplus assets and lab materials, and coordinating redeployments, sales, donations, and recycling.Provide timely and accurate reports on items adopted, donated, sold, or salvaged.Submit monthly reconciliation reports to Work Order Administration and Property Accounting.Ensure all tasks are performed safely and in compliance with company business processes on asset disposition.Manage the intake, inventory, organization, dispersal, and overall management of surplus assets, including daily activities and staff oversight.Conduct database entries and complete various forms, including Maximo database and Administrative Asset Entry (AAE) work orders.Assist in developing marketing materials and process improvements.Provide client support at company and partner sites and maintain company SharePoint sites.Offer tours of surplus asset areas and handle online work requests for asset movement.Manage donations, ensure proper documentation, and coordinate salvage activities, including logging and removing company labels and tags.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.Expertise in GMP environment preferred.Knowledge of inventory management.Proven excellence in developing customer relationships.Skills and Abilities:Focus on laboratory safety and GXP compliance.Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, including experience writing procedures and presentation skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with other software programs.Excellent customer service skills.Benefits: We offer competitive pay, an annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
