D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Sr. Social Media Specialist-MTG. The right candidate is a power user of social media platforms with an understanding of how to increase the online visibility, influence, and interact with consumer target markets. Uses social media analytics tools to measure ROI of social media efforts and engagements. Responsible for concept, design, creation and delivery of marketing related content (written and graphical) that supports social media marketing efforts for the various branches and departments of DHI Mortgage and DHI Financial Services. The position will work on multiple projects and campaigns at a time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Strategize, plan and manage the day-to-day content of all DHI Mortgage social media initiatives that contribute to the overall communications goal and positively maintain the company’s brandRecommend and build social media experiences that engage the appropriate audiences and inform them of our products and servicesEnsure that all content is approved, accurate and continuously up to date. Keep corporate sites updated with fresh, relevant and engaging contentPartner with and monitor internal and external relationships relative to the successful integrated implementation of social media strategy, platform management and administration required to manage social media accounts and campaignsBuild relationships with online contributors/ambassadors that have positive influence in the real estate industryUse measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiativesSummarize insights and conversations to create actionable reports that lead to optimization Advocate, train, and demonstrate good use of social media and Compliance best practices among branch usersMonitor corporate and outside social media outlets, and recommend improvements, if necessaryStay current on social media best practices and integrate them into the overall marketing strategy for the businessAct as lead specialist for other social media positions providing guidance and direction as neededBecome and remain familiar with mortgage specific products and services, licensing, disclosure and any other DHI Mortgage Compliance requirements using internal resourcesAssist in other areas of digital marketing that include, but are not limited to, email marketing, website content management, analytics, SEO, and SEMAssist in reviewing and proofreading all advertisingConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to work overtime

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral visionThe noise level is generally moderate
