From a technology architecture view point - our core complexities are around ingestion of raw sequence data with compression, transformation of genomics variant and annotation data and platform to run bioinformatics workflows at scale. We do this by also working on many open-source language for Genomics the are the foundations of bio-informatics.

As a member of the team you will bring and learn new domains and use that insight to lead design, development and operationalize our architectures. At times, you will also propose and drive simplifications to our customer experience and improve our operational footprint. In this role, you will be challenged with scale and reliability problems. You’ll work directly with Product Managers, other senior SDEs and SDMs through the full development lifecycle from definition to operation. You will have opportunity to work along many other senior leaders and partake in shaping a growing org. You will mentor and develop other SDEs and get opportunities to collaborate along with Solution Architects and Customers directly to realize new ideas.
